Conservative Values, Proven Leadership. Experience Matters!

ABOUT ME

Joyce, a life-long conservative Republican, grew up outside a small town in the Texas Panhandle on a large farm/cattle ranch where long hours, hard work, and church every Sunday helped shape her work ethic, Christian values, and conservative principles. She graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and after several moves around the country, landed in Comal County in June 2001. Joyce has lived here since then except for a brief move to Arizona for 2 years. She has faithfully served the community through a wide variety of nonprofit boards, and organizations and serving as an election judge and election clerk for over 8 years while raising her family and working to get good, conservative candidates elected at every level. Joyce currently works for State Senator Donna Campbell, MD as the District Director.

Prior to working for Senator Campbell, Joyce worked for State Representative Kyle Biedermann as District Director, CASA of Central Texas as the Community Relations Coordinator, and the Salvation Army of Comal County as the Finance Administrator. She has also served Texas as an appointee of Governor Abbott to the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (3 years) and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (1 year), both as a Public Representative.

Joyce is active in: Board of Directors of the 100 Club of Comal County as the Scholarship Chair, the Braunfels Foundation Trust on the Arrangements Committee, is a Blue Coat Ambassador for the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, an Alumni of Leadership New Braunfels (class of 2016), President of the Constitutionalist Foundation, and Programs Chair and a Past President of the Rotary Club of New Braunfels.
